This User Agreement is a binding agreement between you and Credit Path Can. (operating as Credit Path Canada). By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 19 years of age and agree to these terms.
Credit Path Canada is a financial literacy and credit education platform. We provide educational credit-building content based on your uploaded Equifax bureau data, a structured monthly action framework, and access to third-party financial planning resources.
Important: Credit Path Canada is an educational platform only. We are not a licensed credit counsellor, credit repair agency, financial advisor, or mortgage broker. Nothing in the platform constitutes financial advice.
You must be 19 years of age or older, a resident of Canada, and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
Pricing: $8.88 CAD biweekly ($4.44/week).
Free Trial: 30 days free. A valid credit card is required to activate. No charge until Day 31.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through account settings. Access continues until end of current billing period. No partial refunds.
Ontario Residents — Cooling-Off Period: Ontario residents have the right to cancel within 7 days of account creation for a full refund. Contact info@creditpathcanada.ca within 7 days.
Manitoba Residents: You have the right to cancel this agreement at any time. We will process your cancellation within 15 days.

If you complete all three monthly actions for each month of a continuous 12-month enrollment and your Equifax score has not moved from your baseline at enrollment, Credit Path Canada will continue providing platform access at no charge until your score demonstrates measurable movement.
Conditions: Complete all three monthly actions every month · Maintain an active account in good standing · Have uploaded a valid Equifax bureau at enrollment · Not have voluntarily cancelled during the enrollment period.
Limitations: Applies to Equifax score movement only. Does not guarantee approval for any specific credit product, loan, mortgage, or financing.
By creating an account, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information including your Equifax credit bureau data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@creditpathcanada.ca.
You agree to: provide accurate information · not apply for new credit without consulting Credit Path Canada · set up pre-authorized payments on all existing accounts · maintain credit card utilization below 30% · not share account credentials.
Credit Path Canada may receive referral compensation from financial product providers referenced in the platform, including Neo Financial, Tangerine, and Koho. This does not influence the educational content of your blueprint.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Path Canada shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your province of residence.
